Requests are not confirmed bookings
Submitting a booking or contact request does not create a confirmed delivery or require BroadwayMoves to accept the job. Service is confirmed only after BroadwayMoves reviews the request and the parties agree to the quote, timing, scope, and any other applicable terms.

Every delivery is priced individually based on distance, timing, item details, handling needs, security requirements, and other job-specific factors. Quotes may change if the information supplied is incomplete or the requested work changes. Payment timing and methods will be stated in the applicable quote, invoice, or agreement.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate pickup, destination, contact, timing, quantity, size, value, and handling information. Customers are responsible for lawful ownership or authorization to ship an item, safe and appropriate packaging unless BroadwayMoves agrees otherwise, and disclosure of hazards, restrictions, or special requirements.
Restricted items
BroadwayMoves may refuse any delivery that is unsafe, unlawful, improperly packaged, inaccurately described, outside the agreed service scope, or otherwise unsuitable for transport. BroadwayMoves provides parcel and specialty-item courier service and does not offer furniture moving through this website.
Timing and availability
Pickup and delivery times are estimates unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise. Weather, traffic, access restrictions, mechanical issues, government action, incorrect information, and events outside reasonable control may affect timing.
Security services
Optional armed-driver service may be available by request and is not mandatory. Availability depends on the job, location, personnel, licensing, and applicable law.
Liability
Any declared value, insurance, damage claim, limitation of liability, or reimbursement term must be stated in the applicable written quote, invoice, or service agreement. Do not rely on this website alone to establish coverage for a shipment.
